Additional history that happened since the last application:
Evve hadn't done much since her arrival at the academy, despite being asked to keep tabs on truants. (It didn't happen.) She had her views challenged and found herself befriending a few people and perhaps even getting along with dumb robots. It wasn't exactly out of the norm for her to make attachments, but she would hardly stick around to let them develop. Happiness is an issue, after all, especially for someone who wants to remain an Eevee. And yet the idea of staying at Smash Academy was growing on her...
However with everything that happened with the drug pops, Charlise's murder, and the clashes between humans and non, Evve decided it was high time she leave off from the academy to collect her thoughts and let go before she thought of making a life there. She managed to make her way back to Unova but didn't stay long before taking up a journey to Kalos.
Upon entering the region, Evve knew she'd have to keep bumming off the humans in order to get by and as always, this was hardly a challenge. She used her adorable nature to earn sustenance and carried on as per usual. What Evve had not expected from her journey but was more than pleased by it was meeting Pokemon she had never seen before. In particular the fairy types caught her eye, as they looked and felt different from any she had met before. Her curiosity a weakness, Evve pursued them in an effort to learn more.
She did what they did and tried what they tried, picked up on some moves and found them overall pleasant. Kalos was an interesting place, she thought, perhaps briefly thinking of the academy by comparison before falling asleep.
When she woke up, the situation she found herself in was a mess. Her body was advancing and changing without her, and as much as she tried to combat it, being caught off guard on top of not understanding the trigger left her defenseless. And much against everything she believed in, Evve sat in her new body, taking on the form of a Sylveon. The suddenness of this life-changing event threw the former Eevee into a right state of panic. She tripped over her feelers and stumbled on her new legs. Learning to walk again - embarrassing!
Evve thought long and hard about how to cope, but nothing came straight to mind. In the end she remembered her human form and wondered why she couldn't change in Kalos. The academy... it really was a special place. Of course, she thought, before deciding to head back as soon as she could.
Personality Changes :
Evve is about the same as you'd expect. Most of her changes are physical, however she might be more secretive and sensitive to certain subjects of evolution than she ever was before. She'll be resistant to turning into a Pokemon despite her previous reservations on being a human. You can expect her to be exceptionally more bitter and especially nervous to be caught as an evolved Pokemon for fear of judgment and backlash over her previous attitude.
In-Character 1st person sample:
[ Ah. Camera on. Look who's back. The dark skin and brown eyes align to anyone's memories of her should they have them, but a noticeable difference is her hair style. It's the same as far as colors go, copper top and vanilla bottom, but it's considerably shorter with two thick locks flowing on both sides of her cheeks. More notably is the pink and white bow clasped into the top of the left-most bunch of hair. Evve had never been one for accessories so it looks a little bizarre on her.
She seems to be holding her expression as stoic as she can manage it, but given enough time staring into the lens, she concedes to a brief smirk. ]
Hey. [ She wasn't sure what to say and it was getting obvious as she flitted her glance to and from the camera. ] So... If everyone is done killing each other, does anyone got a bed to spare? [ Sensitive as always. ] I don't think I have a job anymore.
In-Character 3rd person sample:
Thievery wasn't entirely up Evve's alley. She would have preferred to manipulate the hair dye and colored contacts she needed out of the corner store clerk in Final Destination City rather than boost it but she knew this place was different. FDC had previously been a war zone when she first arrived and though the place still looked like a dump to her, it seemed to improve since she had migrated. Escaping with two boxes of brunette and blonde colors, Evve made a run for it, hoping the yells behind her wouldn't remain too close behind.
Becoming human again was as she expected it. She couldn't really do it until she came back and while the mystery of that condition left her frustrated, she wasn't going to argue it. She sat by the school's lake with stolen clothes draping her human figure, a battered white t-shirt and thick blue jeans that were far too large for her figure. She opened the boxes of hair dye and followed the directions carefully.
Evve took care to make her hair as similar to what it was as she could recall. When she morphed her body to the state it needed to be in, she nearly screamed at her reflection in the water.
Pink - Pink?! Could she get anymore pink in her hair?! And that portion of her head that looked like a bow... it wasn't going away! Are you kidding?
She worked her way around what couldn't be helped, dying the carnation pink licks against her skull into a copper brown. This part went fairly easy. She would work on the elongated white drapes that crafted themselves from her ribbon feelers next.
Once she began to work in the vanilla shades of chemicals, Evve experienced a pain as she never had before. The hair... it had so much feeling to it. The agony of dying it had her curled over in absolute tears as she worked her shivering fingers through the strands. Somehow she kept herself from vomiting, waiting almost a full half hour before she could rinse it out for relief.
She would have to do that every time, she realized... But she would rather endure that than anyone calling her out on her evolution. Her change. There's no way in Hell she would ever let anyone know what she became. No. Way.
Once the pain had mostly subsided, Evve applied the brown contacts she lifted into her eyes, blinking numerous times before they settled into place. That was it. The final touch, she noted. This way no one was any the wiser.
With one last look into the lake to instill whatever confidence she could muster, Evve stood up and made her way back to Smash Academy.
